Description: On March 26th, 8 year old Mingen Liu from Shangqiu Minquan went missing with his 80 year old grandmother while walking in Zhengzhou after a doctor’s visit. They were found by Jingshangongyuan police, who delivered them to a shelter, only for the child to disappear soon after.
